I sent in my faulty after 4 days of getting them headphones to the sony repair centre for a repair. They wont charge at all, always say 10%. Sony said they did extensive testing and are unable to recerate the reported fault. I literally took them out of the box they sent them back in and theyre STILL FAULTY. *****???? Has anyone else had this experience, when sony didnt even fricking check my item???!!! it's a pain in the butt to send it, wait 10 days, just to get it back still broken when they dont do crap to actually help??? this just seems like terrible customer service..... like.... i sent a picture of how the light IS ON but it wont charge.....???? Are they just lazy??

Yea, that really sounds bad, I'd suggest contacting Sony support directly to make a formal complaint or make them look more into it.
Or, contact that place directly and see if they have a complaint department.
