I have just subscribed to Disney+ and there is no sound on my downstairs TV but others work.
I think it thinks I have 5.1 but I don’t as Netflix on the same Tv defaults to 5.1 but on Netflix while annoying I can adjust the audio on their app but Disney+ no such option.
I have searched the audio settings on the TV but it states it’s on TV speakers but not sure what other setting I need to change?
The kids are driving me mad to sort it out so help is much appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch and ll solved now after several hours despite it being a TV issue it was the fact my Sky Audio was set to Dolby plus which is not supported by Disney plus!
