Xperia E4g dual (E2043) - Camera Quality is very Poor

Dear support Team,
I was purchased E4g Dual, last month. I am feeling sad, that to purchasing this mobile. Earlier I was Xperia e3 dual, which has good Camera and battery performance, which e4g didn't.
Camera Quality in E4g dual is very Poor. It looks like 0.5MP Camera.
I want come out from this issue.
Is there any solution, to improve Camera quality.?
I phone was fully updated. Is software re instalation, solve Camera quality issue?
Please help me out.

I didn't unlocked the bootloader. I phone was fully updated.

I have E4 dual, that I guess has the same camera, but picture quality is very satisfactory at least for the price range and certainly not 0.5 mp that you mention. Check for the picture quality in the settings menu. In my phone it was originaly setup at 3mp 16:9 and changed it myself at 5mp 4:3. The only sad thing is that you can't have 5mp 16:9 automatically, so in this case you have to crop the pics yourself. But anyway who cares if it is 4:3 or 16:9.

Also clean carefully one more time the lenses as invisible hand dirt or moisture could affect significantly the quality.

I was compared my E4g mobile with E4 Mobile. E4 is good in Camera quality compate to e4g.

Camera on the E4g is average, pretty much in line with others in the price range. Could be a faulty sensor/lens on yours.
But it has problems focusing on closer objects if there is not enough light, so you get blurry image. Maybe that's what you're seeing.
