hurts on the ear

When make longer phonecalls with E4g, the sharp edge hurts at my ear. Not a very good design.

Sorry to hear that, you have few options

1 return the phone

2 use a protective case

3 use headphones

Good joke! As a phone is build to make phone calls, I should not heart with this basic function. I guess I can't return the phone with such a reason.
