headset not compatible

I'm unable to attend calls with Headset that came with Xperia E3. Does anyone has this bug???. I have not enabled smart connect

What if you boot on safe mode, if it's a third-party app acting up the headphones should work

My IC was changed for hanging problem.  I am not using any 3rd party apps for headset.  And when I play music through Walkman app, it keeps on stopping for a few seconds and resuming to play.  If you have any solution to this, please let me know.  I bought this phone just a couple of months back

Repair your phone with PCC and report back

Repaired my phone with PCC. Still the headset is not compatible. When I press the answer key in the the headset, the incoming call gets rejected. And when I press that key in during idle time, the phone volume gets muted. Your comments on this
