Failed software update

By chance, I installed a proxy server, so wanting to remove the device reset . After the restart I wanted to update the software. Initially it looked as though everything is ok

Now I can not turn on the smartphone . Hold down the lock button pops logo "sony " and then the picture: the blue arrow pointing to the device with a yellow sign with a "!"
