Do you get this error when you try inserting a different memory card into the camera as I have heard of this code occurring when there is a problem with the memory card data. If you have already backed up the contents of the card to a PC or other device, does the camera allow you to format the card and fix the problem?
It may also be possible to format the card by plugging the camera into your computer through USB and then choose the memory card on your PC as a seperate drive - by right clicking on the icon you may be able to choose 'Format' in this menu.
