I followed the steps required by sony to determine which PMB software I require (SPUDownloadManagerStarter) then after a while of downloding the new PMB (5520) software...I get a message "Authentication Required" and a message box pops up asking for a username and password! As I don't have these details the download fails.
Can anybody help with this strange request whislt downloading PMB 5520?
