Hello clancykeely - welcome to the Sony Forums :slight_smile:

As you have dropped the camera, it is very possible that there is some internal damage to your DSC-W320. I would advise that you contact Sony Customer Services for some advice about possible repairs and costs. There is a 'sticky' forum thread available here:
