Camera not recognised

Hi

I'm trying to install Playmemories but my computer won't recognise the camera when I attach it. I'm using W7 64bit. Any one have similar problems? I know I can take the SD card out and view picturs but it's not the most convenient way.

Would it be possible for you to describe how you got around the problem so that anyone else reading your message can try and fix it too? These issues with 64 bit Windows seem to crop up more often than not and your method may help others in the future
