HDR-CX115E and Class 10 SDXC card issue

Hi

 

I've just bought a secondhand CX115E Camcorder. I came with a SanDisk 4GB SDHC 15mb/s card.

I then bought a Kingston 64GB SDXC Class 10 card (it's a microcard with an adaptor). When I try to use the card with the camera it says "Cannot record! The momery card is full"

If I try to format the card the camera shuts down completly. This happens as soon as I press the "yes" button in the "are you sure" menu.

When I turn the camera back on it says "Writing to the momerycard was not complited correctly. Do you want to recover the data?" If I press "yes" and comfirm to execute it says "data error" and then "There is no Image Database File. Movies cannot be recorded og played. Create a new file?"

If I confirm that it goes back to "Cannot record! The momery card is full"

The camera work perfect with the 4GB card and have tried other cards aswell  (SanDisk 2 GB, Nokia 2 GB both microcards)

 

The 64 GB card seames to work just fine when I insert it in both my PC and Mac?!
