Hello everyone,
In the past two days, my Xperia C5 Ultra Dual, shutdown by itself twice, to which i was able to power it back on but find no errors (I have not installed anything new recently). This afternoon, it shutdown again however this time I was not able to switch it on again.
So far I have tried:
- Holding the power button
- Holding down the "OFF" button at the side of the phone for 2 minutes+
- Holding the Up Volume key and Power Button
- Xperia Companion (Reinstall Software)
When using xperia companion, I follow the steps all the way but the application does not proceed anywhere even after holding on to volume down button for 3 minutes.
Only signs of any hope is the red led light if i plug it into a charger.
Please help. Thank you.

When you playing games while charging can be that charge period will up much more time as you expect... Sometime can yours gaming while your charging drain battery much more as you charging it. Leave while smartphone charge and when use it. Will be much more better
P.S. Coz original Xperia C5 Ultra charger is 850 mAh, i think you using is not original charger
The issue is not with the charger as 850mAh charger is unable to charge as per required pace on 4G networks.. The issue is with the performance of processor in charging as 1.5 A charger is also insufficient.

Android Authority have own answer
By the way, i did not had in mind charger's problem, my opinion this is the same is like with human, if you will give much more burden to human, human will start work slowly. The same is with charging - much more you will do with smartphone (even if you will play games), charger will not make enough energy for battery, that's why sometime in playing games or others big works, battery draining much more faster as you charging it. This is just my opinion, i can be wrong, i don't know all structure of that, i just wrote what is obviously my opinion and from my own practic. So yes you are right in one thing - how more you overweight yours smartphone processor, much more will be need energy for it to do all yours works, it will be drain much more battery and overheat
But i disagree that this is processors problem, this is user's problem - too much usage it's not good for smartphone
