My contacts app in sony xperia C4 gets crashed when any contact is been opened. I tried formating the phone but there is no use.

Please give me a solution

Hi @mudassir_khan, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that when you try and open up the Contacts application in your phone, the application stops? If that is correct, I would recommend that you start with resetting the Contacts application in your phone.

To do that, go to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Storage > Clear data > OK. This will not delete any of your contacts, it will only reset the data for the Contacts application.

My Sony Xperia C4 dual model noE5363 after upgrading to a new version marshmallow 6.0, facing a problem contact can't open, showing "unfortunately contact has stop", Sony Authorized service people also can't help. ????

After doing this (Settings > Apps > Contacts > Storage > Clear data > OK), again it shows, Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped. Give me some other solution??
