Hi @NOGINOG, sorry to hear about this. 
Could you try charging your device while its rebooted in safe mode? Just so we can make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this.
If you are using a USB cable and a USB port to charge your device, try using the wall mounted charger that was in included with your device as this will charge the device a bit faster compared to a USB port.
