my xperia protected is locked and wont open my phone

my xperia has locked me out after updating my software via xperia companion .i use android device manager. xperia c4 , please help me

i do. its the one i us for android manager. ive never used xperia protect. doesnt even work in Nigeria

Ironically, I am having the same problem. All of a sudden, when I've decided to finally create a gmail account and link it with my hotmail, the phone has started to show me the My Xperia Protected screen as well. I have tried to reboot, do a hard reset, and even tried to do a factory reset and this still appears on my phone.
