Did you tried simple thing, just to reboot device at least once time in a week? It's recommended advise from most advisers (like mobiles experts, reviewers of mobiles and ect., even Sony in support app is written the same). Believe me it helping sometimes. I tried, it working for me. When is very fast and not usually drain of smartphone battery. Also keep in mind that Xperia C5 Ultra (or Dual) is not new model, it released in end of  2015 year, usually as i know battery is good for 2 - 3 years, it's offcours depend how much u charging/discharing it, how to using it and ect. Also games, even online or with internet connection, youtube watching and ect., draining battery too very fast. Even if you using mobile connection which often is not steady and can battery sometime drain little faster as usualy and ect. This is just some reasons why possible to get death battery much more faster as usually. There are a lot of reasons why yours battery one day is alive much more time as next day. By the way you can check in battery section which apps most time required yours battery resources and ect. If i'm not wrong is secret code of Sony where possible to check battery status, but i'm not sure it 100% trust, if i remember right it's *#*#7378423#*#*. Keep in mind that if you think that yours battery is not good you can check it status by proffesionals in authorized services of mobile (they will change battery if you want), if you have warranty it can be for free, but it's depends market and region.
