thanks forgetting back, my TV model is XR65A84J purchased November 21 ,
the problem occurs on ITVHub and usually happens around second or third add break in an hour show, when after the ads, the five “searching” dots continue move across the middle of the screen , failing to find the program I was watching again

Hi @Bermudian26 If you enter a @ followed by the user name like @royabrown2 it tags them in. Even better add to your existing thread https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/other-tvs/when-using-itv-hub-on-youview-it-sometimes-showed-the-sear... by replying to the last post. The advantage is the person you are replying to shows when you enter @.

We have had several reports of this lately, on the YouView Community.
One user in particular had this issue before, and it was itv that addressed it, but it seems to have returned 😢
As you might gather, with all your other players working OK presumably, the issue seems to lie with the creators of the player, itv, and your best bet may well be to talk to them.
