Tv Bravio and connecting to sky

1. Hi, tv arrived today and have connected to digital tv, and access to internet but unable to connect to sky Q box, can anyone advise please

Hi @Tvtvunsure2019  

Please let us know the model number of your TV and the HDMI input you are using to connect your Sky Q. It may help knowing what resolution you have set on your Sky Q box (Home -> Settings-> Setup -> Audio visual -> Picture resolution). Please make sure that you are using the Sky Q supplied HDMI lead.

To reset the resolution on your Sky Q box try pressing (on the Sky Q remote) Home 1 0 8 0 Home
