Tv audio description wont turn off, help?!

Evening, I have an OLED KD65AG8 and the audio description won't turn off, any advice out there at all please as to what I'm missing? I've been into settings and the screen reader and talk back is set to off. Its only happening on certain channels such as Sky gold, comedy central  thanks in advance

Hi Trixie_8886, is that happening on channels from the Sky box or the digital channels? If it's only from Sky channels, I recommend contacting Sky.
