Sony XH90 no audio.
I recently purchased a KD-55XH9005. To test out the tv capabilities i paired by Bose QC-350 wireless headphones to the tv which worked perfectly. On disconnecting the headphones there was no audio being output from the Tv speakers. I tried reconnecting the headphones and another Bluetooth speaker and the audio came out of them perfectly but once again on disconnecting no audio was being output from the speakers. I did a factory reset and when reset no audio came out of the speakers on setting up the system either. The Bluetooth audio still works.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Mickey

I've been having issues with sound on mine, different to yours though. Someone posted that they accidentally discovered that uninstalling the Tune in App from your Apps and plugging out the TV for five mins solved their problems. I tried it last night and so far my TV seems to be working fine. Well worth a try for you.

Hey,
Thanks for the response. I looked for the tune in app and I don’t have that installed on my tv. It looks like a possible software error and for some reason it’s not defaulting back to normal even after a forced factory reset. I’m still waiting to hear back from Sony themselves on what the issue maybe.

Hi @Mickey_S
I've read that the workaround doesn't fit all cases, and that Sony is reporting to still be investigating the issue either way.
