It's december 2022, still not fixed. I have the same problem. Every time after some period in standby(turned off) while tv is powerd on again message Module inserted appears, and then channel is being unlocked. That takes alot of time (6-10) sec. Sometimes i need to change channel up or down to watch. Ive tested two different cam modules for dvbc from my operator with no luck. It is very disturbing. That is happening even if i watch youtube instead of using dvbc digital tv, after some period when i click button tv message appear and wait again. I have feeling that some service for ci module goes down if not in use. How to disable that? TV is 50X80J and Cam Module is plastic and new cardless SmarDTV conax and firmware is up to date. TV is 5 days old, and from the first day something is wrong with tuner or ci slot. Beside this bug/problem, loading animation between switching channels is really unnecessary in my opinion.
