Random Horizontal lines appearing on my new KD43X81J

Hi, 

Random horizontal lines are appearing on my new KD43X81J. It looks like they flicker a bit. The TV is only about 1 month old. Sometimes they're visible from a 10+ feet away, but sometimes I have to get right up to the screen to see them. See the picture below. Any ideas what this is?

Yes, you can.

Yes, updated it last week.

Have you tried a factory data reset as well?

Yes, I've also done a factory reset.

I noticed this today, you can actually read it. It's like something else is on the screen too?! I think it says Series 1:2. The red is me blurring out my daughters reflection.

Subtitles in a really bad font?

Try turning off such subtitles, and any other Accessibility features that might be on.

It's the wording that comes up on iplayer on Sky. Like this picture, but I was searching for something in Prime Video at the time.
