How do you access pro mode on the AG9,” I have tried the display, mute, volume up and home shortcut but it does not work.  Assuming display on the remote is the button in the centre of the cursor.

the is also no pro mode app in the apps or one available on the App Store?  Any help appreciated to enable Crestron connected.

As the name suggest, pro mode is officially supported by Professional Sony product, not consumer. There are hints over the internet on how to unhide the same feature on some model but they are not officially available
