I have the Android TV KD-65XF8577 and suddenly the wired LAN shows not connected and no link on the network switch. WiFi is working fine.
TV has the latest update Firmware update v6.6575 which supposed to solve a problem with the wired LAN but mine instead stopped working....
I have installed from play store an app which checks the Ethernet on your Android TV and the eth0 which is the wired LAN is detected but shows that status link is down.
I have checked the LAN cable and is working fine on my laptop but not on TV.
Any help will be appreciated

Please set the clock of your TV to network time - this should solve the issue.

I have already check that and it is already set to network time.
And the firmware is the latest which supposed to fix the time-network issue you are mentioning.
In any case that is not my case

Your status seems more related to a network setup issue (i.e. IP conflict?) ...
No it is not a network setup. TV network is set to DHCP.
Network link is disconnected. It seems that the Ethernet is dead
If you're certain it's not a configuration issue, it may be worth it to reset to factory settings. You may want to disable any VPN/TOR connections too before concluding it's a dead Ethernet port.

I did a reset to factory settings but didn't helped.
Anyway the TV is under warranty and have been sent to Sony Service Center
