55X8509C Poor Software/Issues
I've had a Sony TV for around 15 years, not had any issues with previous models but having upgraded to the 55X8509C 6 weeks ago I have had nothing but issues and am very disappointed :
- In order to view Netflix hard reset required every day otherwise app crashes when selecting program to watch
- Sound but no picture - hard reset required
- both remotes unresponsive - hard reset required
Software for TV and all apps is up to date as of today but still experiencing the problems
Any suggestions what to do next as its really frustrating and not what I expected from what should be a quality product

Hi there
As the TVs firmware is upto date, I would recommend a resetting the TV completely back to factory default. This can cure many issues and weird oddities.
