Hi Marco, I had a very similar problem with a Sony Alpha 230 that i bought "working" off of E-Bay. When i tried to take a picture the Super Steady Shot scroll bar kept flashing.
Did a lot of research into the matter & found out that the scroll bar flashing meant that the Super Steady Shot function was not working.
I tried resetting etc but this didn't solve the problem. Apparently the only solution to the problem was to send the camera to Sony for repair & if i remember right i was quoted £180+!
Hopefully i have helped
Kev

Check if your CCD is in the middle if you use cleaning CCD in the menu option.
If so it should be only a warning that the choosen exposure time is too long. Try to use flash. If this will dissapear the warning, the camera should be oke or put the camera on a table free of vibrations if the warning dissapears. Your camera is working fine.
If not bring it out for service
