Sony A7R V extreme microphone line noise(unusable audio)
Hi, I have a problem with huge loud line noise when using external microphone with my A7R V. I also have A7C II and there is no problem at all. I saw video when a guy have workaround on his A7 IV, when he switch modes from 2 to 3 and then back and then is audio okay. Unfortunately this is not working at all on A7R V. Any ideas how to fix this issue? Audio from external mic is then absolutelly unusable (I tested all mics, audio from zoom, problem is same). Here is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0plZcW3sfk
Thanks for any help!

@cinges Is the external microphone Sony? As they may not be compatible with each other. Here I have found the list of compatible microphones you can take a look: https://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/cscs/accessories/compatibility.php?area=eu&lang=en&mdl=ILCE...

Its not a problem of microphone(any mic), or headphones(basic headphones with jack omg), I compared it to two sony cameras side by side and problem is only on a7r V. Please watch video first.
And I tested it with powerd and not powered and result is same.

If I have understood, you have already tried with a passive device (headphones) with same results, right?
Have you tried to adjust the gain level? https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/2230/v1/en/contents/TP0002887747.html
Otherwise probably you have only to contact a sony repair centre
