Playmemories not installing

I have a Sony a6000 and an Asus laptop. I am trying to download playmemories but I keep getting an error saying it is unable to load the the program. It says something about a Merge Module_x86 being unable to load. There is what I think is an error number included: 0101-1010-1603.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
