Can anyone help with this query?
Recently my Imaging Edge Viewer will not open. At all.
I consistently get an error message.
I have an iMac 2019 27".
The Edit function works fine.
Any help appreciated. Oh, sorry, should have mentioned - I have de-installed and re-installed plus updated as per latest release, but still the problem persists.

Bumping this to the top - anyone at all got any ideas on how toileting resolve my issue with Imaging Edge?
Have you tried installing it on a different Mac/PC just in case the issue is not the app itself?

I don’t have the luxury of having two Macs or a second PC.
A bit of research suggests it’s a known problem. There does not appear to be a fix - well for a non-techie that is.
Can you tell us the version of Mac OS you have and the error message you're getting?
Sure.
The problem arose using Catalina OS and with the upgrade to Big Sur it continues.
When I try to open the Viewer, it crashes and I get a message as per screenshot, below.
Any help you can give will be gratefully received.
I've seen many posts about apps not working as they should on Big Sur, which is sort of expected given how recent that was. The Imaging Edge Desktop app isn't even listing Big Sur as one of the supported platforms yet.
Unfortunately, I don't own a Mac myself to test it on my end. Do you possibly have a friend/family member who can test it out on their system? I haven't seen this issue replicated with other users so far, so it's worth a shot if possible.
