I purchased a sony 90mm 2.8 gos lens before christmas with a £100 cashback deal. I am having a problem claiming the money back. Sony have confirmed that my receipt and photo are with the validation team but despite me chasing them up 3 times now i still havent had no joy. I am now wondering if this is a scam as absolutely not what I would expect from Sony. Is anyone else having same problem and who do I complain to.

I actually had a similar issue. I bought A7SIII,16-35,70-200 and was suppose to get 300 euro cash back and the team says, the products are register in US, although I registered through uk site, bought them in UK and they arrived from sony uk...
I have done this twice now. I sent the last email last friday and still no response. Just unprofessional and not what I expected from sony. I will see if I get the money as am more and more convinced that it's a scam.
Have either of you tried chatting or calling up Sony support reps?
I've seen a lot of confusion about the promotion and usually a phone call/chat is all you need to clarify everything.
