Wydaje mi się, ze akurat to zdjęcie niewiele ma wspólnego z wiosną. No ale to już decyzja jury.

Die Entscheidung der Jury kann ich unterstützen. Bei der Vielzahl an wirklich schlechten Bildern, hat sich die Jury sicher über etwas Abwechslung gefreut.

Here is the explanation from the judges on why this is the winning photograph:

"Spring is the season where the longer days and higher temperatures make everyone feel lighter and calmer after the dark winter nights. This has been captured by Arkalys in the photo "Watching the sun". You can really feel all the emotions coming through. Anyone looking at this image can feel the sunlight on their skin, and can easily put themselves in the model's place.

The photograph displays all the characteristics you associate with Spring. The interesting position of the model in the top right of the picture adds a nice dynamic to the image. The pale skin makes a good contrast with the vivid hair colour. Although the flowers in this picture are common to many other entries, it's the positioning and imagery of this picture which sets it apart."
