Problem with YouTube on Sony BDP S1700

When I first used the YouTube app, you could have the option to forward, rewind etc. on a video, but those options have now dissapeared and I can't forward or rewind on a video, those options are not there anymore. I've tried resetting the Blu Ray Player but it hasn't made those options return. Does anybody know what I should do?

Hi there

I have noticed these last couple of months that YouTube has frustratingly been making changes to its app.

Try pressing and holding the fast-fowards button on the remote control to see if that has an effect. Failing that the arrow keys on the remote (left Nd right) also work for me to fast forward or rewind.
