    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. The Panasonic is connected to HDMI port 3 (and has also been tried on HDMI port 4 with the same outcome).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately none of my family or friends have a 4K tv that I could try the player with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem with Dolby Vision playback</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My current set up is a Sony X90K TV and Pansonic DP-UB820. Since using these two together I keep coming across 4K Dolby Vision discs that will not display properly. By this I mean that the options on menu screens do not appear (leaving just a black bar) and, most recently, when playing back Star Trek VI not only do the menu options not appear, but the Klingon subtitles are black and can barely be seen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now if I switch off the Dolby Vision everything works fine. Indeed, even with the Dolby Vision turned on some discs still play ok, so I am finding no pattern to what does and does not play correctly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Prior to the Panasonic I had a Sony player and never once had a playback issue like this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So my question is, can anyone suggest what could be causing this?
