Did you solve this issue? I have a KDL50W 829B. I have the same issue when watching certain videos on TSMEDIA from my ZGemma box. I have used this tv as a display for my pc and ps4 since I bought it and never experienced this before. The video plays for 5 seconds then goes black and I get "Unsupported signal, check output device" I can still hear the audio playing in the background. I have a Sony HT XT1 sound bar but I have turned that off and still get the same problem. Need help
