iPlayer, 4od & Amazon not Available for Install

I have just recieved my TV back from a repair. They appear to have replaced the entire motherboard as I lost all settings etc.

I set it up last night and I am unable to install iPlayer, 4od or Amazon Video. Its not in the app store and I when I try to force it to download from my computer it says the platform does not support the app.

The TV is on the latest firmware release and all these services were working fine before the repair.

I am based in the UK and my location is set to the UK.

Anyone got any ideas?
