Hi

I am getting continuous 'pops' in the sound off my TV (mainly on the BBC), receiving from the Winter Hill transmitter.

The TV is a KDL-37EX503 and has the latest firmware PKG4.131EUL-0108

The BBC are aware of the issue and their link http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/news/item91 refers.

When will a software update be available to resolve please?

I received information this morning that the BBC did further changes which completed 17th, and Sony think that issue should now be completely fixed.

I can confirm that no sound issues were noted during any programmes last night.

Looks like they've sorted it.

Knew where I was with PAL, and they say that this DTV is an improvement - Pah!
