&lt;P&gt;If the picture and sound is breaking up when watching broadcast TV such as Freeview, its more than likely your aerial connection somewhere. &amp;nbsp;Ensure your aerial is securely plugged in and not damaged. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Retuning the channels can also help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
