    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;New laptop, when rebooted, complains with the following Windows error message :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can not find script for "C:\Windows\Temp\VAIO Care Rescue Tool.vbs. is this important ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I am prompted to load new update for VAIO care - but it just seems to hang and doesn't complete the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions ?&amp;nbsp; Are the two problems related ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
