    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Vaio VPCL13S1E all in one pc&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my fans at times make alot of noise even when not under load.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ran real temp and speed fan and the CPU and GPU temps are ok even under load but i am geting temps of 62 for MCH and 76 for ICH.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have stripped down the pc and cleaned all the dust out and renewed the thermal paste on all the heatsinks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would anyone have any ideas on what can be causing these high tems and how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
