They have offered a partial refund of £450 BUT WILL NOT PAY IT - even though I have their offer in writing.<BR type="_moz" /></P><P _mce_style="" style=";"><BR /></P><P _mce_style="" style=";">Has anyone else had such bad experiences with them?
