      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, we've bought 2x SZ71WN laptops and they really do look the part. One of them works fine but the other has developed an intermittent fault whereby sometimes when using the mouse pad (or an external bluetooth mouse), the pointer moves in the opposite direction to the direction you want... occasionally a reboot sorts the issue, occasionally not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anybody got any suggestions or prior experience of why this might happen?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ta&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
