Touch screen is getting several touches, or is it Clickpad?

As a workaround I have to disable it.

1 WinLogo+x
2 devicemanager
3 HID- touchscreen, disable devise/(or enable if needed). Yes.
4 Restart not noneed

The other issue is in display, it has lines, or even black screens. Time to time.

I have not figured what the reason is.

External display is working fine with HDMI-cable.

Any ideas what can be done? What is the root issue?
