      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is the possibility that Windows has not found/installed the correct native driver for this device. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try uninstalling the device (in Device Manager) and then scan for hardware changes (drop down menu under Action). When the ‘found new hardware wizard’ runs point it in the direction of C:\Windows\inf to locate the driver.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
