After searching the web I found out that I first needed to create an account at IOLO ... then put in my activation code in the VAIO care settings.</P><P>Well first of all this is far to many steps to many steps to be useful - SONY what are you thinking...</P><P></P><P>Now my real problem is that the account I created at IOLO is saying "Unexpected error" when I try to log in, and VAIO care says "Invalid registration key" ... who could help me with this?
