Hello,

I have an action camera hdr-as100v and any time i use the acc-dcbx charger in car and filming with the charger plugged in, after use the full battery is empty.

Why that?

Very strange, at the moment, I can think of only these 2 situations:

-either the battery was not full (but you say it is?). If the battery was empty, you cannot both charge and use power at the same time.

-maybe the car charger does not work and the battery is used?

Just my thought...

Thanks for your answer.

The camera, the battery and the charger are new.

The battery was full but after use was totally empty.

From sony service told me that the camera can not work and the battery stay full the same time.
