Having playback problems when paired to Sony shake 33,wether it's music on my phone, YouTube, SoundCloud,playback seems to be sped up,must be a setting or something anybody else experienced this

Did you try to test it with other speakers or another audio device?

Hi only other audio I've tried the phone with was sony headphones x2 and playback was perfect,will try another speaker later,thanks for reply

Hey Adam81, this can be an issue with the speaker, was it working find before? Were they connected via Bluetooth? If yes, check pages 40 & 41 for steps that you can try:

Hi,I've gone through settings on music centre and it was prioritize ldac setting that was causing the playback issue☺️

Yes everything is fine now that setting has been switched off

Hi,

This happened mainly because the SHAKE-33 doesn't support the LDAC Bluetooth audio streaming codec. It only supports AAC and SBC Bluetooth audio streaming codecs.
