Wh-1000 XM2 Touch controls not working properly

Hello all

6 days ago I have just bought a pair of WH-1000 XM2 headphones, everything was fine noise canceling is witchcraft, sound just brilliant, these are the good ones The bad ones is first that the touch controls after a certain period of time are not working, I would like to ask if somebody had this issue and if is there a fix or should I have to replace them. The second one is that the right earcup is already started to wrinkle, also I would like to ask if somebody had this issue in such a short time.

As you've only recently bought these headphones, I would recommend speaking to the store for further help.
