Ho acquistato da un mese un C5 ultra dual e da circa una settimana e mezza ho un problema col touchscreen.Se appoggio il cellulare su un piano la parte inferiore destra, fino alla metà dello schermo non risponde ai tocchi. Ho effettuato tutte le procedure indicate da Sony compresa la riparazione software tramite PC ma nulla è cambiato. Dopo diverse prove mi sono accorto che inserendo un cavo USB nel connettore il touchscreen torna a funzionare perfettamente, appena lo stacco ricomincia subito a non rispondere. Possibile che sia una interferenza elettrica tra il connettore USB ed il pannello? Cosa posso fare per risolvere evitando l'invio in assistenza?
