Xperia 5 finger print scanner. 😡😡😡

The finger print scanner just doesn't work. It unlocks the phone only 5% of the time. I can lock my self out of the phone bcoz I try too many times. Wooow its soo painful. How has Sony actually let this scanner roll out. More change of un locking my microwave with my fingerprints. Please fix this bug or give everyone an acknowledgement of this problem and not insist no one has reported it..

Yes, even my Xperia 10 has better experienced than Xperia 5.

Then I bring it to the service station, they insit it's no problem at all. No fix at it.

Very disappointment with the upgrade from XZ3 to 5.

I could find a panacea for the scanner to work properly. And so, we delete all the fingerprints and add 3-4 fingerprints, then we apply a finger and look at what places on the finger the scanner remembered and which ones not. And add the fingerprint of those places where the scanner does not see the fingerprint

In my experience on xperia 1 the fingerprint scanner is more accurate when you first open the screen with the power button.

Don't know if it applies to Xperia 5 as well but it's worth the try.
