topic Charging Xperia 5 in 5 Series

Hi, I have just got an Xperia 5 mark 1. I removed Retail Demo from it and all is working fine except I couldn't remove the 60% charging limit. Secondly, if the phone is connected to a charger it gets to 60% and correctly stops charging but when it drops below this, it does not start charging again unless I remove and reconnect the charger. Other than rooting the phone is there an easy way to a) remove the 60% limit b) if not, at least get the phone to charge any time it dips below 60% without removing/reconnecting it? Thanks

Hi @arnieboy and welcome to the Community

Unless other members know how, you're probably best having a look over on XDA forum as

there are a couple of mentions of this with possible solutions that I'm not sure can be mentioned here 😉

Hope you get it sorted.
